1. Inspiration & Selection:
Explore our collections and select the design you wish to acquire or customize. You can:
- Choose a pre-designed signature piece.
- Personalize an existing model.
- Create a completely bespoke design from scratch with our team.
2. Personalized Consultation:
Our designers will guide you based on your specific needs and space. You can connect with us via email.
3. Specifications:
For bespoke pieces, we will finalize the following details:
- Dimensions: Exact measurements tailored to your space.
- Materials: Selection of premium woods, metals, textiles, and available finishes.
- Style: Fine details that define the final identity of your piece.
4. Quotation:
Once your request is received, we will provide a formal quote within 3 to 5 business days, including final costs and estimated lead times.
5. Payment:
A 60% deposit is required to begin fabrication. The remaining 40% balance is due once your piece is ready for delivery or dispatch. We accept all major payment methods.
6. Production:
Upon approval of the quote and receipt of the deposit, we will confirm the order and begin the artisanal fabrication of your personalized Elementto piece or space.
7. White Glove Delivery
Coordinated through our specialized logistics partners. Includes professional transport, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and the removal of all packaging.
White Glove Delivery fees are calculated based on destination, dimensions, and specific site requirements.
